MirAge Land ("we", "our", or "us") built the Mobile Theremin app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by MirAge Land at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We DO NOT collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. 

The app requires the use of your device's motion sensors (Accelerometer) to calculate pitch and volume for the theremin sound. This sensor data is processed locally on your device in real-time and is NEVER transmitted to our servers or shared with any third parties.

2. Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

While we do not collect personal data, the app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you for advertising purposes. 

We use Google AdMob to display ads (Banner, Interstitial, and Rewarded Ads). AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and interaction data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads.

3. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
